Keep your arrangement in a clean, dry place. A gentle dusting with a soft brush once in a while is all they need. Avoid pulling on the petals. No water, no sunlight needed - ever.

We have a 24-hour exchange and return policy, and we accept returns only if your order arrives damaged. To request a return or exchange, please email us at nisoblooms@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your unboxing video, i.e. a video of you opening the package to showcase the product. The unboxing video is mandatory. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like change of mind or lack of utility. Once we review and approve your claim, we will initiate a full refund.
