Return & Refund Policy

At Niso Blooms, every arrangement is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the delicate, handmade nature of our forever flowers, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged during transit, we are here to help. Please email us at nisoblooms@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear video showing the damaged product

Our team will review the video and get back to you within 2-3 business days. If the damage is confirmed, we will initiate a return and refund for the affected item.

Please Note

  • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds, once approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • We do not offer replacements. Only refunds are provided for confirmed damage cases.
