1. Products

Niso Blooms sells handcrafted forever flowers made from velvet wire and chenille materials. Our product range includes bouquets, hat box arrangements, and glass dome displays. Each piece is handmade, so slight variations in colour, size, and shape are natural and not considered defects.

We make every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting during photography, and the handmade nature of our products.

2. Pricing and Currency

All prices on Niso Blooms are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your order placement will be honoured for that transaction.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when your order is shipped.

We accept payments through the methods available at checkout, which are processed securely via Shopify Payments and third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within India. Orders above Rs. 2,000 qualify for free shipping. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability. Niso Blooms is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the courier.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Due to the handcrafted and non-perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is damaged during transit or significantly different from what was ordered.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nisoblooms@gmail.com with photographs of the item and packaging. We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

6. Product Variants and Customisation

Certain products are available in Small, Medium, and Large sizes. The variant you select at checkout is what will be shipped to you. Please review your selection carefully before placing the order. We are not responsible for incorrect variant selections made by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to product images, text, logos, design elements, and the Niso Blooms brand name, is the property of Niso Blooms and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:
