Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 2,000. For orders below Rs. 2,000, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 99 applies. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch:

  • Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3-5 business days
  • Non-metro cities and towns: 5-7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7-10 business days

Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary depending on courier availability, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order through the courier partner's website or by contacting us.

4. Packaging

Every Niso Blooms order is carefully packaged for protection:

  • Inner layer: Product in branded presentation box with tissue paper and cushioning
  • Outer layer: Sturdy corrugated shipping box with additional padding

Glass dome products include custom foam inserts for extra protection.

5. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across India. You can check delivery availability for your pin code at checkout. If your pin code is not serviceable, contact us and we may be able to arrange an alternative.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid using credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or wallets.

7. International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. Deliveries are limited to addresses within India. If you are located outside India, you can place an order with an Indian delivery address to send a gift.

8. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, including delays, damage, or missing orders, contact us within 48 hours:
