Calla lilies, each one a single petal furled into a trumpet and drawn to a fine point at the tip, with a slim glass spadix standing upright inside every bloom. Pick your colour: a clear lavender purple you can see straight through, a warm opaque yellow with a red spadix, or a deep cobalt blue that reads almost navy until the light opens it up.
